Beginning of ALL (Ramayan)

PROLOUGE

The saga of Ramayana might seem like just another ancient religious saga where the conclusion leads to the victory of good over evil, a Saga of the avatar and the killings of the devils to restore peace, humanity and protect the Dharma.

But if you look at it from a new state of mind, you might just discover a hidden message and read the great saga with a newly developed perspective.

In my writings, I, as a project manager have tried to write down the insights from my perspective, analyzing each and every move of Ram/Vishnu as a very clever project manager who made the optimum use of his resources by placing them at the right place, at the right time and applying every possible trait and skills that are must as a manager to get the best of the team. And making them work in the most efficient way and marking the end of the project, which was originally to Kill Ravana without failure.

Here each and every incident of Ramayana has been analyzed as per my perspective, try and analyze them by wandering out of the box and coming to your own conclusion, you might just find yourself finding messages and lessons Hidden in each and every aspect of the great Saga of Ramayana.

JAI SHRI RAM

Disclaimer:

This book is my perspective, and my thoughts gathered all together. There is no intention to hurt the sentiments of any person, religion or ethics.

This work brings to light a new perspective of viewing, reading, understanding RAMAYAN and tries to explore the unseen characteristics and qualities of RAM. In this document Ram acts as the Project manager, and I will try to explore his Resource management qualities. He is one of the best managers to ever exist as per my view who definitely knew how to put the resources to their optimum potential with an appropriate timeline.

I will try to explore all the Kand (parts of Ramayana that are termed as KAND in Ram Charit Manas by Tulsidas and Ramayan by Valmiki).

THE START OF ALL

When Raavana gained much power, he started torturing all the Saints, each and every Men, Women, Jal Char, Vanar, or anyone who believed or had utmost faith in God. All Devtas were terrified, disheartened and scared about the fate of Mrityu lok (Earth) if the unholy rule of Raavana didn’t come to an end. They started looking for all the possible ways to make this era of torture and unholy practice come to an end and approached Bhagwan Shiv with their concern who then directed them to Bhagwan Vishnu.

All the Gods collectively reached to Vishnu and prayed to him to make all of this stop and save the fate of Mrityu lok as well as Swarga Lok (Because Raavana did not spare even the Swarga lok of his tyranny).

Now the first step of Project management starts:

Vishnu accepted this responsibility of the Project to save Mrityu lok and Swarga lok and hereby accepted the role as the Project manager. He defined the Project’s Purpose, Role and Responsibility of every human resource who could help in execution of the project and asked all of them to come down for ground duty.

So, this was the Project’s Initiation Phase. Project to Kill Raavana and Set a peaceful and high standard of living on Mrityu Lok. He also created a Resource management plan depicting who will come into picture, when and how, deciding each and every role perfectly with an appropriate and a well-planned timeline. He also set the communication plan about how it would take place between each member and what would be the communication mechanism. Basically, scripting a whole play to pursue the planned killings of the evil and restore peace and faith.

Now let us start exploring how all these plans have been executed. We will start with Bal Kand and follow till Yudh Kand (Also known as Lanka Kand as per Ram Charit Manas).
